Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How to Return

Email us at returns@laxmienterprises.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free pickup.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. Amounts are credited to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened perishable food items cannot be returned unless defective. Animal feed bags must be unopened for return.
